This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 2-3 years of experience in employment litigation to grow their career and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings
- Draft motions and assist with depositions
- Manage multiple projects and cases simultaneously
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional manner

Requirements:

- Admitted in South Carolina or sufficient UBE scores to be admitted
- 2-3 years of experience in employment litigation
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent writing and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
