Responsibilities:

- Manage foundational and strategic compliance responsibilities with consistent excellence
- Oversee projects, initiatives, audits, and risk assessments
- Maintain knowledge of laws and regulations and consult as a subject matter expert
- Conduct complex investigations and ensure corrective actions are taken
- Interface with external clients, regulators, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Establish project plans, gap analysis, and milestone dates
- Provide leadership updates and communicate effectively with management
- Conduct audit planning, mock audits, and audit training
- Assess audit preparedness and manage audit evidence preparation

Requirements:

- BA/BS degree with a minimum of 6 years of experience in health care, regulatory, ethics, compliance, or privacy
- Strong writing skills
- Legal training or experience researching and analyzing federal or state laws
- Familiarity with laws governing health care and insurance industry
- MS/MBA/JD or professional designation preferred
- Regulatory change management experience is a plus

Salary Information:

- Salary range for this position is $89,460 to $127,800
- Salary is based on a number of factors including geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level
- Other benefits include a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401k contribution (subject to eligibility requirements)
