Job Description:
As a junior data privacy associate, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and counsel on privacy and cybersecurity issues. This includes risk advisory and compliance counseling, corporate and technology transactions, regulatory or governmental investigations, cyber incident response, and privacy litigation. You will also have the opportunity to work with prominent privacy and security frameworks, such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, NIST, and others.

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience advising on privacy and cybersecurity issues
- Knowledge of privacy and security frameworks such as GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, NIST, etc.
- Licensed to practice law or ability to waive in the jurisdiction of application
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
