Responsibilities

Responsible for managing a team of litigation attorneys and paralegals
Mentor and train attorneys in all aspects of litigation and trial practice
Develop and implement litigation strategies for cases
Review and approve pleadings, motions and discovery responses
Conduct depositions and attend court hearings as needed
Monitor and manage case files to ensure timely and effective resolution
Collaborate with other departments to maximize case value and client satisfaction
Utilize firm technology to efficiently manage team and cases

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in personal injury litigation
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
Admission to the Texas State Bar
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage a large caseload and prioritize tasks effectively
Tech-savvy and comfortable using technology for case management
