Senior Claims Advocacy Professional - Gain exposure to key stakeholders and have the ability to make strong business connections. Responsibilities:
- Provides proactive coverage and claims strategy advice to clients
- Monitors and drives claims process to ensure progress from notification through to closure
- Liaises with insurers and their advisors on queries and policy coverage discussions
- Participates in the development of strategic business plans for a line of business at the major account level
- Drives insurer service and relationship discussions and provides high-level policy wording feedback
- Monitors insurer response and engages with insurers and their professional advisors on queries and policy coverage discussions

Requirements:
- 10+ years of claims experience; Management Liability experience a must
- Juris Doctor is mandatory
- P&C license is mandatory, or ability to obtain

Preferred Qualifications:
- Ability to build strong relationships and rapport with internal colleagues, clients, and carriers
- Self-starter with resourcefulness and ability to bring solutions and ideas to the firm

Salary Information:
The applicable base salary range for this role is $113,000 to $241,100. The base pay offered will be determined based on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
