The Position

We are looking for the best of the best in default litigation for each jurisdiction. As such, we will offer competitive compensation to the right candidate. We are seeking a motivated and hardworking individual who can thrive in a team of high-level attorneys.

The role involves handling a variety of litigated matters, including contested motions, appeals, and evidentiary hearings.

Responsibilities

- Drafting motions, briefs, and memorandums of law
- Conducting legal research
- Representing clients in court, including high-level contested motions and evidentiary hearings
- Responding to discovery requests and motion practice
- Managing all aspects of contested cases, including developing and executing legal strategies

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience independently handling contested motion practice

- Excellent writing, research, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to identify and resolve legal issues efficiently
- Strong time management skills and ability to handle a heavy workload

Compensation and Benefits

Location

Our firm has offices in Philadelphia, Jersey City, Manhattan, and Garden City. Attorneys have the option to work in the office full-time or remotely, with flexibility to work five days a week.
