# Legal Research & Writing - Associate Attorney

Kubicki Draper is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney to join their Miami office and work on insurance coverage matters. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in legal research & writing and providing litigation support. ## Job Responsibilities

* Complex Research and Analysis
* Assist with Drafting Appellate Briefs
* Draft/review substantive complex pleadings and motions
* Insurance Coverage Analysis
* Communicate in a highly effective manner with team members and clients
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment

## Requirements

* Strong skills in legal research, writing, and persuasive oral advocacy
* Judicial Clerkship Preferred
* Prior Appellate or Insurance Coverage Experience Preferred, But Not Required
