Responsibilities:
As a litigation paralegal at Knight Nicastro MacKay, LLC, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

- Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel, and advanced skills in editing pdfs.
- Organizing and managing files using case management software.
- Entering time using time/billing software (minimum requirement of 1675 hours per year).
- E-filing at both state and federal levels.
- Docketing, preparing disclosure and discovery documents, basic motions, and trial assistance.
- Traveling for trials when required.

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary based on experience and location, with a salary range of $42,000 - $85,000. In addition to a competitive salary, we also offer excellent benefits, including:

Education and Experience:
