Estate planning for high-net-worth and ultra–high-net-worth individuals
Revocable and irrevocable trust drafting
Estate, gift, and generation-skipping transfer tax planning
Estate administration and probate

Draft wills, trusts, and advanced estate planning instruments.
Advise clients on estate, gift, and GST tax strategies.
Manage estate administration, probate, and fiduciary matters.
Support business succession planning for family-owned enterprises.
Counsel clients on charitable planning, foundations, and long-term legacy structures.
Maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing planning guidance.
1–10+ years of trusts and estates or private client experience.
Background in estate planning and/or estate administration.
Familiarity with transfer tax concepts and advanced trust structures.
. in Taxation or a strong tax background is a significant plus.
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admission to the bar in at least one . jurisdiction.
Excellent drafting skills and attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and client counseling abilities.
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential client matters.
An analytical mindset with comfort handling tax-driven planning.
Organized, thoughtful, and collaborative.
