* Multiple locations available: New York, Palo Alto, San Diego, Denver, Boise, Austin, and Chicago
* Full-time position with competitive compensation range of $225,000 to $365,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience
* Eligible for annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal and parental leave, paid holidays, and family care benefits

Responsibilities:
* Provide patent prosecution services for clients in the fields of physics, computer science, electrical engineering, and related areas
* Conduct prior art searches and analyze patent and non-patent literature
* Draft and prosecute patent applications
* Collaborate with clients and colleagues to develop and implement patent strategies
* Stay up-to-date with current patent laws and regulations

Qualifications:
* Minimum of one year of prosecution experience
* Degree in physics, computer science, electrical engineering, or similar field
* Strong academic credentials and excellent references
* Advanced degree and/or prior industry experience in relevant technologies preferred
* Admitted to the USPTO
