Job Requirements:

- Strong writing, oral communication, and analytical skills

Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys with research, drafting legal documents, and client meetings
- Participate in client meetings and negotiations
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Prepare and review legal documents
- Work closely with senior attorneys to develop legal strategies
