The candidate should have a background in Workers' Compensation defense. Must be tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook. Must be a member of the California State Bar in good standing. Should have strong organizational skills with the ability to identify urgency and prioritize tasks accordingly. Being able to communicate clearly and persuasively both in writing and through speech is required. Able to independently and proactively handle files from referral to resolution is needed. Must be able to work using case management software.
