Amundsen Davis, a full-service business law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join their Indianapolis office. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation and be licensed to practice law in Indiana. This position requires prior experience conducting discovery, presenting oral arguments, legal research, and brief writing, with trial and appellate experience preferred. The firm values analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well on a team.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Draft legal documents, including motions, briefs, and pleadings
- Present oral arguments in court
- Participate in discovery, including depositions and document review
- Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop case strategy and manage workload
- Keep clients informed of case progress and developments

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil litigation
- Licensed to practice law in Indiana
- Prior experience conducting discovery, presenting oral arguments, legal research, and brief writing
- Trial and appellate experience preferred
- Strong analytical abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work well on a team
