La Palma office of a **Members Only** Top Ranked Law Firm seeks of counsel attorney with 3-5 years of general business litigation experience. The candidate will prepare for and attend all trials or other legal proceedings as required. Draft, revise and review corporate, business, and other relevant documents. Perform thorough investigation of complaints. Assessing legal risk and potential damages and proposing recommendations to the client. Traveling to and attending mediation, deposition, and any additional hearing will be required on a regular basis. Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar is required.
