- Seeking an experienced attorney with at least two years of experience representing healthcare providers in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings
- Experience in defending and litigating medical malpractice lawsuits preferred
- The firm represents a variety of healthcare providers and handles medical malpractice actions in numerous areas
- One of the largest healthcare practices in the country with over 200 attorneys

Responsibilities:
- Draft and respond to discovery and initial pleadings
- Draft and argue motions
- Take and defend depositions
- Strong writing and analytical skills required
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:
- Admission to practice in Missouri
- Minimum of two years of experience representing healthcare providers in state and federal courts and administrative proceedings
- Strong interest in healthcare law
- Excellent litigation skills
- Substantive experience in any litigation arena considered
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
