Key Responsibilities: - Advise on public company matters including SEC filings, corporate treasury activities, corporate governance, and securities law compliance. - Review and provide comments on compliance with securities law requirements, with a focus on environmental, social, and governance disclosures. - Advise on capital markets, securities, and funding transactions for the corporate treasury team. - Participate in and handle various corporate governance activities, such as insider trading policies and procedures. - Provide legal advice on securities law compliance, disclosure controls and procedures, and corporate governance best practices. - Influence and provide legal expertise on significant corporate disclosures, treasury transactions, and governance activities. - Handle matters with a significant impact on the company's operations, communications, funding, and reputation. Required Qualifications: - 5+ years of Law experience or equivalent. - Active State Bar membership or equivalent in a country outside the United States. Desired Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience advising publicly traded companies on SEC filings, corporate treasury, governance, and securities law compliance. - Strong background in securities and corporate law, with knowledge of relevant laws and principles. - Familiarity with disclosure controls and procedures for publicly traded companies. - Experience in the financial services industry. - Attention to detail and accuracy. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to analyze and solve complex legal issues. Job Expectations: - Ability to work a hybrid schedule at one of Wells Fargo's approved locations. - Must adhere to risk and compliance obligations. Salary Information: The pay range for this position is $144, - $300, per year. Benefits: Wells Fargo offers a comprehensive set of benefits to all eligible full- and part-time employees.
