Position: Commercial Real Estate and Land Use Associate Attorney

Job Description:

- Navigate complex transactions, acquisitions, leasing, and development of commercial properties
- Knowledge of zoning regulations, land use permits, and environmental compliance
- Ability to negotiate contracts, easements, and title matters
- Handle due diligence for real estate transactions
- Understanding of local, state, and federal land use policies
- Represent clients in land use hearings, variances, and appeals
- Provide strategic counsel on land developments, conservation, and sustainable practices

Qualifications:

- Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to client service
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New Jersey State Bar
- Experience in corporate matters is a plus

Responsibilities:

- Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda
- Prepare and review legal documents such as contracts, leases, and title documents
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and government agencies
- Attend and participate in client meetings and negotiations
- Represent clients in court and administrative hearings
- Advise clients on legal issues and provide strategic counsel
