Job Description:

- Navigate complex transactions, acquisitions, leasing, and development of commercial properties
- Knowledge of zoning regulations, land use permits, and environmental compliance

- Understanding of local, state, and federal land use policies
- Represent clients in land use hearings, variances, and appeals

Qualifications:

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to client service
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the New Jersey State Bar
- Experience in corporate matters is a plus

Responsibilities:
