Dykema’s Los Angeles law firm is looking for a talented and motivated associate to join their esteemed Product Liability & Class Action Litigation practice group. The ideal candidate will bring mid-senior level experience in complex litigation, with a focus on automotive-related product liability and class action cases. The associate will have the opportunity to work with direct partner and client access, and enjoy a competitive salary with benefits.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for motion practice, discovery, brief writing, preparing company witnesses for depositions, taking and defending depositions, attending court appearances, client interaction, trial preparation and trial.

Qualifications:

• Mid-Senior level experience in complex litigation
• Focus on automotive-related product liability and class action cases
• Significant experience with all aspects of case handling, including offensive and defensive discovery work
• Excellent written communication and oral advocacy skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to produce quality work under tight deadlines

Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $178,000-$200,000.
