Singleton Schreiber, LLP, a leading law firm in Denver, CO, is seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for helping others. As a Senior Paralegal, you will support our Environmental Litigation team in state and federal courts, working closely with other paralegals and attorneys.

DUTIES:

Manage cases from pre-litigation to post-trial motions.
Communicate with clients and gather necessary documents.
Handle court filings, document management and review, discovery, and deposition tasks.
Assist in managing deadlines and electronic information.
Collaborate with attorneys to develop case strategies.
Create privilege logs and prepare trial exhibits.
Assist at hearings and trials.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Paralegal certificate or meet the Bus. & Prof. Code § 6450 requirements.
10+ years of paralegal experience in complex litigation.
Experience with preparing cases for trial and providing trial support.
4-year undergraduate science degree preferred.
Proficiency in Adobe, Excel, Microsoft Office, and law programs such as Sharefile, PACER, and Lexis.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Familiarity with case management software is a plus.
