H2: Your Responsibilities

As a Complex Credit and Insurance Solutions Associate, you will:

- Utilize your prior experience in private credit or CLOs to provide valuable insights and support
- Draft and negotiate fund documentation such as private placement memoranda, fund agreements, and subscription agreements
- Manage the entire fund raise process from launch to close, including interfacing with clients and negotiating with investors
- Stay up-to-date on regulatory developments and industry trends
- Collaborate with colleagues in our private fund formation and structured products groups to provide multi-dimensional advice to clients

H2: What We Require

- 3-5 years of experience in private fund formation and/or insurance solutions for private fund sponsors
- Prior experience with private credit or CLOs is preferred
- Strong understanding of the Investment Advisers Act and other federal securities laws
- Experience with fund raises from launch to close, including managing the entire project and interfacing with clients and investors
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- JD from an accredited law school and admission to the bar
