The Westport, Connecticut office of Kaufman Dolowich, an AV-rated® law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Connecticut Courts to join our Employment & Labor team. This is a great opportunity for a talented and motivated attorney to join a dynamic, growing firm with a strong reputation for excellent lawyering and client service.

Responsibilities:

- Independently manage a caseload of litigation cases, from inception to resolution.
- Conduct extensive discovery practice.
- Represent clients in court appearances and depositions.
- Communicate with clients and provide regular status reports.

Qualifications:

- 3+ years of employment litigation, commercial litigation, professional or general liability experience preferred.
- Experience handling litigation in federal and state court in Connecticut.
- Strong skills in developing strategy, drafting pleadings, taking/defending depositions, and arguing motions.
- JD from an ABA accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in Connecticut.
