JOB SUMMARY

- Full-time position at Kutak Rock LLP in Northwest Arkansas
- Seeking experienced Litigation Paralegal for Fayetteville and Rogers offices

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Conduct legal and nonlegal research
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, briefs, and correspondence
- Assist with case management and strategy
- Prepare for depositions and attend as needed
- Assist with discovery phase of litigation
- Prepare for trial and attend as needed
- Handle accounting responsibilities

QUALIFICATIONS: SKILLS & ABILITIES

- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree and/or legal assistant/paralegal program preferred
- Previous work experience in litigation department of a law firm preferred
