What You'll Do

As a First-Party Property Attorney at Kelley Kronenberg, you will have the opportunity to:
• Handle all phases of litigation, from initial case review to final resolution.
• Take on a caseload that is primarily residential but promises diversity with exposure to intricate commercial matters.
• Collaborate closely with a Partner who is a maestro in this domain, gaining invaluable insights and honing your craft.

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:
• A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar admission in Florida.
• Minimum of 3 years of legal practice, focusing on First-Party Property, General Liability, or a related field.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Sharp analytical and research capabilities.
• Ability to operate autonomously and manage a high-volume caseload effectively.
• Familiarity with alternative dispute resolution techniques such as mediation and arbitration.
