Job Title: Construction Litigation Partner
Location: Newark, NJ or Princeton

THE POSITION

Goldberg Segalla LLP, a national law firm with more than 20 offices in 10 states, is seeking a highly experienced Construction Litigation Partner to join their team in either Newark or Princeton, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on construction litigation. This is a full-time position with a highly competitive salary and benefits package.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

To be considered for this position, candidates must have a minimum of 8 years of experience in commercial litigation, with a focus on construction litigation. They must also have experience taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing dispositive motions, and preparing for arbitrations, mediations, and trials. Candidates must also be licensed to practice in New Jersey and have experience in one or more areas of commercial litigation. Experience in handling breach of contract, delay and acceleration, design and construction defect, performance and payment bond, and other high-value claims for contractors, construction managers, and others in connection with large-scale private and public construction projects is highly preferred.
