- Full-time, non-exempt position with 24 pay periods per year

Position Responsibilities:

- Serve as administrator for contract management system
- Execute, track, and report on government and public grant portfolio
- Review incoming program contracts and grants and ensure compliance
- Collaborate with leadership to create contract boilerplates
- Draft, prepare, process, and track contracts and amendments
- Research regulations governing funds received from government
- Enter contract data and processing information into contract management system
- Prepare reports on contracting metrics for leadership
- Assist in preparation and delivery of other reports
- Perform data quality reviews
- Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion

- Master's degree in legal field
- BA degree in related field

- Four years of related job function or non-profit industry experience
- Contracting certification or other relevant training certification/education

Mandatory Requirements:

- Employment eligibility verification
- CPR/First Aid training
- Tuberculosis test
- Background screening
- Drug test

Driving Requirements:

- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Proof of insurance and ownership for personal vehicles used during work duties
- Ability to qualify for PATH's insurance coverage

Employment Eligibility:

- Must be authorized to work for any employer in the .
- Unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa
