Responsibilities for Commercial, Technology, and Data Transactional Attorney:
- Structure, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements
- Advise clients on practical business and legal implications of transactions
- Support a variety of nontraditional transactional needs
- Analyze, draft, and counsel on technology and IP transactions
- Draft and negotiate data licensing agreements
- Counsel on implications of AI and licensing data and intellectual property
- Draft and negotiate complex IP and technology licensing, outsourcing, and services agreements
- Draft and negotiate agreements with data privacy and security implications
- Solve legal problems relating to new and emerging technologies

Requirements:
- At least 4 years of technology, IP, and data transactional experience
- Highly motivated and forward-thinking
- Strong drafting skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced legal environment
- In-house experience is valued
- Part-time schedules may be accommodated
- More experienced attorneys are valued and welcome
