Law Firm Seeks Experienced Junior Associate for Defense Litigation Role in New York City

Responsibilities:

- Manage a caseload from beginning to end with high level of motivation and flexibility
- Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery demands
- Conduct depositions, court appearances, and motion practice
- Conduct extensive legal research
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and meet all deadlines
- Record and maintain billable hours accurately

Required Skills/Qualifications:

- 8+ years of experience in defense litigation
- Admitted to practice in the State of New York (admission in PA, NJ, or CT is a plus)
- Federal Court experience is a plus
- Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills
- Commitment to reducing costs and environmental footprint
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse team
