## Litigation Associate Attorney at Lindabury Law Firm

Lindabury Law Firm, a leading law firm in the construction industry, is looking for a commercial litigation associate with a minimum of four years of experience to join their Litigation Group. This position offers direct client contact and responsibility for managing the preparation of pleadings, notices, subpoenas, discovery requests, and appropriate research, and support at depositions, motions, and trials.

**Qualifications:**

- Minimum of four years of experience in commercial litigation
- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
- New Jersey and New York bar admissions
- Excellent writing, analytical and interpersonal skills
