Responsibilities

Experience

At least two years of experience with client contact and/or negotiation experience
Prior experience in personal injury law preferred

As a Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of a personal injury case up to the filing of a complaint. This includes evaluating the merits of a case, providing guidance and counsel to clients, conducting medical case reviews, and negotiating settlements in the pre-litigation stage. You will also supervise and provide direction to a team of staff members.

To be considered for this position, you must have a license in good standing to practice law in New York and at least two years of experience with client contact and/or negotiation experience. Strong research, verbal, and written communication skills are also required, as well as the ability to handle a large and active caseload. Prior experience in personal injury law is preferred.
