Trupti N Patel & Associates, a growing Immigration law firm, is seeking a qualified and experienced Managing Attorney to join their team in Burlington. This full-time position will involve managing the daily operations of the law firm, supervising casework, and training and mentoring legal services staff. The successful candidate will have a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited . law school and at least 3-5 years of experience in business and family immigration law, with 2 years in a supervisory role. The Managing Attorney will report to the founder of the law firm and will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload of local and national clients in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Manage the daily operations of the law firm
- Supervise casework of attorneys and legal assistants
- Train and mentor immigration legal services staff
- Oversee all administrative functions of the law firm
- Represent a large and diverse caseload of local and national clients
- Maintain a clear line of communication with clients
- Identify and suggest process improvements
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with team members
- Develop and review overall strategy and goals on an ongoing basis

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited . law school, admitted in any state (preferably Massachusetts)
- 3-5 years of experience in business and family immigration law
- 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, managing attorneys and legal assistants
- Strong leadership, legal writing, and communication skills
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail
- Proactive attitude towards identifying and suggesting process improvements
- Ability to maintain a positive and professional relationship with team members
- Pleasant telephone skills and thoughtful demeanor towards others
