Job Summary:
- Seeking a Paralegal with 4+ years of experience in Personal Injury and Civil Litigation
- Responsible for conducting legal research, assisting with case preparation, and providing general legal support
- Must have proficiency in legal research, case management software, and MS Office suite
- Strong communication and organizational skills required, as well as ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Certification as a Paralegal is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research on case laws, regulations, and statutes
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Organize and maintain case files and documentation
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel
- Coordinate depositions, court hearings, and trials
- Provide general administrative support to the legal team
- Stay current on industry best practices and legal developments

Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience as a Paralegal in Personal Injury (plaintiff's side) and Civil Litigation
- Previous experience with requesting and summarizing medical records
- Proficiency in legal research, case management software, and MS Office suite
- Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills required
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Certification as a Paralegal is a plus

Salary Information:
- Annual salary range of $80,000 to $90,000, depending on experience and other job-related factors
- Actual initial salary may vary based on relevant skills, training, experience, and location
- Full-time position with core hours of Monday through Friday, 8:30 . to 5:00 .
- Hybrid role with flexibility for work-life balance
