Patent Attorney - Mechanical
The candidate must have 6 or more years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution matters, specifically in the mechanical arts. Technical experience in areas of mechanical engineering, medical devices, and oilfield tools is strongly preferred. This position is partnership track and provides an excellent compensation and benefits package. Open to associate, counsel, and partner-level candidates. This position can be based in any one of the firm’s offices and is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement. Mechanical engineering degree with strong undergraduate curricula and grades. Excellent analytical, writing, research and communication skills. Strategic and creative thinker. Team player and collegial spirit. Superior attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to delivery of excellent work product and client service. Willingness to learn.
