- Opportunity to join a fast-growing digital health platform with over 1400 employees
- Support enterprise-wide commercial initiatives and product teams in building consumer-centered digital products
- Experience in consumer-facing digital health, technology, and/or healthcare industry preferred
- Serve as in-house counsel for a comprehensive consumer healthcare company
- Spot and solve legal issues for product teams, aligning legal compliance with consumer first engagement strategy
- Understanding of regulations impacting digital products such as FCC, FTC, and State Unfair Competition Laws
- Negotiate and drive commercial agreements, support sales teams in general contracting and negotiation of products and services
- Perform product reviews and serve as a subject matter expert for digital products
- Monitor state laws and regulatory trends and strategically manage risk
- Collaborate with teammates and across the company to further mission and drive success
- Juris Doctor degree and member of the bar in a . jurisdiction required
- Ability to operate in a dynamic environment and problem-solve with a can-do attitude
