- Self-directed and highly experienced Senior Attorney II with 5+ years of law practice experience
- Expected to generate 40% of own billable work while receiving 60% through Gravis Law's lead generation and marketing
- Access to coaching and support services for Attorney development and networking
- Prioritizes work-life integration, collaborative culture, and unique compensation & incentive structure
- Expected to present at one event and one organization leadership event
- Responsible for mediation and trial experience, legal research, and document writing
- Marketing services to potential clients and performing due diligence in all matters
- Strong communication and advocacy skills, including empathetic listening
- Expected to bill an average of 1500 hours annually and meet quarterly collection requirements

Requirements:

- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
- Excellent legal research skills

Work Environment:

- Standard office environment
- Regular, punctual attendance required
