Kuhn Raslavich, ., a plaintiff’s civil litigation firm with locations in Tampa, Orlando and Boca Raton, Florida, is seeking a bi-lingual entry-level attorney, preferably with experience handling insurance claims, for its Tampa office. This attorney will be responsible for handling pre-suit matters for the firm’s civil litigation practice. Job duties will include client intake, preparation of demand letters, attending inspections and examinations under oath, and preparing initial pleadings and discovery requests. The ideal candidate will have experience with insurance claims.
