Job Responsibilities:

- Deposition preparation, attendance, and assistance
- Counseling clients
- Attending public meetings and administrative hearings
- Attending court hearings
- Drafting pleadings and other litigation documents

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of litigation experience
- Good academic record
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Experience in litigation, labor and employment and/or local government is helpful but not mandatory

Compensation

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
