Duties:

• Represent clients in all phases of civil litigation
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Engage in discovery, including depositions and interrogatories
• Participate in trial preparation and court appearances
• Advise clients on legal matters and strategy
• Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation or arbitration
• Develop case strategies and legal arguments
• Maintain client relationships and provide regular updates on case progress
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure case efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements:

• Superior credentials with a solid academic background
• 3-4 years of significant litigation experience
• Current license to practice law in California

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admitted to practice law in the state of California
