Job Overview: A law firm in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a highly experienced Internet Strategy and Litigation Associate Attorney with 5-7 years of relevant experience. Duties:

• Handle cases and investigations about Internet law, privacy, data security, copyright, artificial intelligence, platform liability, and First Amendment issues.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant issues.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings.
• Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients.
• Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and court proceedings.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the State Bar of California or eligibility for admission.
• 5-7 years of experience in Internet law, privacy, data security, copyright, artificial intelligence, platform liability, and First Amendment litigation.
• Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and legal principles.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex cases and work under pressure.
• Prior experience working with a diverse range of clients is preferred.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
