Duties:

  • Handle cases and investigations about Internet law, privacy, data security, copyright, artificial intelligence, platform liability, and First Amendment issues.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant issues.
  • Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and other court filings.
  • Provide strategic advice and counsel to clients.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, hearings, and court proceedings.
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals within the firm.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Active membership in the State Bar of California or eligibility for admission.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Internet law, privacy, data security, copyright, artificial intelligence, platform liability, and First Amendment litigation.
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and legal principles.
