Job Description:

As a Trusts & Estates Attorney at Sands Anderson PC, you will be responsible for providing guidance and legal advice to clients on complex trust and estate planning matters. This includes working closely with clients to develop comprehensive strategies for wealth transfer tax planning, business succession planning, and trusts & estates litigation. You will also be responsible for drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing representation in court when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide legal counsel to clients on complex trust and estate planning matters
- Develop strategies for wealth transfer tax planning, business succession planning, and trusts & estates litigation
- Draft legal documents and conduct legal research
- Represent clients in court when necessary

Requirements:

- 8+ years of experience working with clients on complex trust and estate planning matters
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong writing skills and excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Current license to practice law in North Carolina
