Job Title: Trusts & Estates Attorney Location: Durham, NC Experience: 8+ years Salary: Competitive and commensurate with experience Job Description: As a Trusts & Estates Attorney at Sands Anderson PC, you will be responsible for providing guidance and legal advice to clients on complex trust and estate planning matters. This includes working closely with clients to develop comprehensive strategies for wealth transfer tax planning, business succession planning, and trusts & estates litigation. You will also be responsible for drafting legal documents, conducting legal research, and providing representation in court when necessary.
