The ideal candidate will have strong fundamental skills within the trusts and estates practice area, including gift and estate tax planning business transactions, private equity, securities offerings, and mergers & acquisitions. The candidates should possess superior communication, drafting, writing, research and excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills. Should have skills and excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills. Education: JD; candidates with business, financial or tax qualifications (., CFP, CPA, MBA, MST) and Law Review or Business Law Journal experience preferred.
