Duties

  • Serve as a senior, core deal team member on M&A transactions and joint ventures.
  • Work on a variety of high-profile corporate transactional matters.
  • Engage with industries such as entertainment, technology, fashion, gaming, retail, fintech, and life sciences.
  • Collaborate with partners, mentors, and clients, with regular contact on exciting deals.
  • Participate in cross-border transactions and major corporate deals, including IPOs and joint ventures.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in M&A transactions, joint ventures, and corporate matters.
  • Proven experience working on significant M&A deals.
  • Ability to manage complex, high-profile transactions independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong commitment to client service and excellent communication skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
  • Active bar membership in California or the ability to become licensed in California.

Certifications

  • Must be in good standing with the State Bar of California or other state bars with eligibility to waive into California.

  • Deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions and joint ventures.
  • Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple high-profile transactions simultaneously.
