We are currently seeking a dynamic, highly motivated attorney to join our Family Law team in Arnold, MO. ## Job Description

The attorney will be responsible for a variety of duties, including but not limited to:

* Preparing and drafting legal documents for filing with appropriate entities and necessary correspondence
* Drafting pleadings and motions, including judgments and orders
* Corresponding with attorneys, court personnel, and clients regarding cases
* Interviewing witnesses for court cases and preparing witnesses to testify
* Ensuring the accuracy of all documents prepared
* Promptly appearing in court on all cases assigned
* Handling all aspects of cases assigned to them
* Performing administrative duties as necessary, including filing, mailing, organizing files and pleadings
* Conducting legal research for particular issues

## Qualifications

* Family law experience is preferred but not required
* Senior Associate positions are available for attorneys with five years or more of litigation experience
