This is a great opportunity for an experienced attorney to join a well-respected firm and work on complex and interesting cases. The successful candidate will have strong research and writing skills, knowledge of the civil court system, and the ability to handle law and motion, depositions, and arbitration and trial work.

The successful candidate will have:
• A minimum of three years of experience practicing professional liability/business litigation law;
• Excellent research and writing skills;
• The ability to take and defend depositions;
• The ability to handle law and motion;
• The ability to communicate effectively with clients and other counsel;
• The ability to work cases up for arbitration and trial;
• The initiative to manage and work up their own caseload.

Salary and Benefits
