I think management needs to get back to their roots and remember where they came from because there have been people moved up to management that really have had a big personality change. Other than that the workload is fair, and it's an enjoyable firm to work at.
The lawyers and other general employees at this firm really care about the work that they do, and really care about helping each other out. Everyone here really makes the effort to go the extra mile when it comes to helping each other. It really leads to a sense of community in the office, which helps when dealing with complex litigation cases.
Management is a little bit messy and seems to be on a bit of a power trip here. The management knows that they worked their way up to be in the position they are at, and they make sure that information is known by all the employees. The management is really the only thing that ruins the good atmosphere of working for the firm.
