Litigation Associate
The candidate'will assist our partners with Federal and State Court litigation throughout the Firm’s geographic footprint. We handle Bankruptcy & Insolvency and Creditor Rights matters, Commercial and Complex Litigation, Labor and Employment and General Business Litigation. Candidate needs to be driven to excel and able to provide quick turnaround on litigation issues. Experience drafting outstanding pleadings and memoranda is a must. Excellent research and writing is expected. Also, an outstanding attitude, work ethic and effective communication skills are required. Must work hard, and have the ability find a way to win just about any argument, and be confident in your ability to succeed on behalf of our clients, in and out of court. Should have significant experience drafting a wide variety of motions, memoranda, pleadings and discovery in state and federal courts; Should have excellent academic credentials; Active member in good standing of the Bar required.
