Responsibilities:

As a Pre-Litigation Attorney, you will be responsible for all aspects of a personal injury case up to the filing of a complaint. Your duties will include:

- Supervising and providing direction to a team of staff members
- Evaluating the merits of a personal injury case
- Providing guidance and counsel to clients
- Reviewing medical records and case information
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Negotiating and authorizing settlements in the pre-litigation stage

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must have the following qualifications:

- A license in good standing to practice law in Massachusetts
- At least two years of experience with client contact and/or negotiation experience
- Strong research, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to handle a large and active caseload
- Prioritization of client representation and customer service
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Success providing direction and guidance to a team
- Formidable negotiation skills
