The successful candidate must have experience in real estate finance or lending transactions representing financial institutions and/or developers, and experience with projects supported by Low Income Housing Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits and New Market Tax Credits.

Job Requirements:

• 4-6 years of experience in real estate finance or lending transactions representing financial institutions and/or developers
• Strong academic credentials and work ethic, solid organizational skills, as well as the ability to establish client and peer relationships in a collaborative culture
