The ideal candidate will have experience in private company mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and venture stage financing. Responsibilities:
• Handle a variety of corporate transactions, including private company M&A and venture stage financing
• Conduct due diligence and draft transactional documents
• Communicate and negotiate with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in the transactions
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on corporate matters
• Stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations

Requirements:
• . from an accredited law school
• Admission to the state bar (Massachusetts preferred)
• 4-6 years of experience in corporate transactional work
• Strong academic credentials
• Excellent analytical, writing, and advocacy skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
