## Life Sciences Corporate - Mid-Level Associate

Goodwin is offering a great career opportunity for a mid-level corporate associate to join their award winning Life Sciences team. The successful candidate will join a dynamic practice that focuses on corporate transactions for cutting-edge high growth life sciences, healthcare, and technology companies in the US, Asia, and the world.

**Qualifications**

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, with a focus on capital markets. The candidate should have experience in public company work and registered equity offerings (IPOs and follow-on offerings). Experience working with life sciences companies is preferred, however the group will also consider candidates who have only an interest in life sciences work.

Highly qualified candidates must have general experience both working in teams and in managing substantial components of transactions independently. Candidates applying for associate positions with Goodwin should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) is required.
