What You'll Do:
- Take and defend depositions
- Draft and argue dispositive motions
- Prepare for mediations and trial
- Work closely with key client teams
- Engage in various stages of the litigation process

What You'll Need:
- 4+ years of experience in a Toxic Tort practice
- Admission to the New Jersey and New York bar
- Excellent writing and strategic thinking skills
